Creative Mornings/Vancouver (speaker)

Christine spoke at Creative Mornings as part of their ‘Volunteers take the stage’ show in December 2019 about the process of writing and collaborating on Left Opened (a short film exploration about the experience of anxiety).
The entire event was actually themed on mental health and community.

Christine was joined by:

  • Annelies Tjebbes, who talked about her experiences with anxiety and panic attacks and how she used creativity to re-wire her brain and re-envision her life.
  • Alexander Neff, who spoke about the role of gratitude in building community.
