I took the 8-week breathe into poetry workshop and it was truly eye-opening. I learned about myself through sharing, as well as through the reflections of others. I found myself looking forward to class every week. It was the perfect excuse to focus on what my soul needs on a consistent basis. Christine’s ability to hold space and the knowledge she brought forth was invaluable.
